2008-03-14: My laptop has lots of overhead, and this is why it heats up my room and produces so much noise (to cool the onboard microprocessor). Another potent observation to make here is to mention that it is the fault of the designers that all of this energy is being used in overhead management. Design optimization would have prevented much of this overhead, heat, etc.
