Accelerating Future Celebrates 1 Year Blogiversary

On November 17th, the Accelerating Future blog celebrated being online for a year. Since the beginning of this year, it's been viewed almost 700,000 times (lately, about 3,000 times a day):

...and has received over 400 links from other blogs on technorati:

...most of them in the last four months. What's next for Accelerating Future? Well, more postings, obviously, but more importantly, a brand new book overflowing with original content that I double dare you to find anywhere else. Writing has already begun. Accelerating Future: the BOOK! Look for it here in late 2007. The greatest thing to happen to transhumanism since we froze Ted Williams. I guarantee it.

  1. Congrats Michael, that’s great. And a book! Sounds good. I’m definitely looking forward to it.

Also, I got your email. Sorry for not getting back to you in the last week, things have been pretty crazy for me at TH and offline. But I haven’t forgotten about you and we definitely need to have a chat.

  2. Not a problem, thanks for commenting… I myself am more than 10 days behind on email and am playing catchup…

  3. Michael, your blog is always thought provoking and I’m certain your book will just as interesting. Congratulations on your Blogiversary! May there be many more.

  4. I know the feeling (being behind on email).

btw, I used a quote from you here:

  5. Congrats, Michael. As always, keep up the good work! And I can hardly wait for the BOOK! I’m chompin’-at-the-bit, Kid-O! (Wink)

  6. Awesome! Can’t wait to read it. I’ve just discovered this site and it’s great. It’s a lot more comfortable wrapping my mind (and hands) around a book, so….I can’t wait to see it. :)
