Announcing the Lifeboat Foundation Blog Tuesday, Jan 9 2007
risks and technology 2:00 am

I am pleased to introduce the new Lifeboat Foundation blog, written by the same author as this blog, me.
The Lifeboat Foundation is really important. It’s the only organization that serves as a clearing house and discussion forum for safeguards against all existential risks. Some big names are involved, like David Brin and Ray Kurzweil. But we want ‘small names’, too! Please join us, even if only at the $10/month pricing tier, because this kind of effort is a big deal. Show your local transhumanist/futurist activist/think tank organization that you care. And subscribe to the RSS feed for the new blog!

As a member of the advisory board, I’ll add it to my bookmarks and do what I can to participate there.

This alone leaves us a lot of room to question the company’s credibility
I’m really loving the theme/design of your site. Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility problems? A few of my blog visitors have complained about my site not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Opera. Do you have any ideas to help fix this issue?
