How to Sign Up for Cryonics Tuesday, Apr 21 2009
cryonics 12:52 pm
So easy… just sign up for a quote at Rudi Hoffman’s website. Rudi takes care of more than 90% of the life insurance for cryonics market. For most people, monthly payments for cryonics-dedicated life insurance policies are very cheap. “Less than the cost of an ice cream cone a day”, as someone recently put it in an article on cryonics in the Daily Mail.
Update: Rudi is authorized for selling life insurance in the USA only, but you can get similar low prices around the world.
I also realized that there is an amusing double meaning on the home page: “You will enjoy a sense of clarity and accomplishment as we comfortably help you crystallize and move towards your goals and dreams.” (Emphasis added.) Comfortably help us crystallize, huh? :)

> So easy…
Well, neglecting the whole problem of getting a Green Card and emigrating to the USA of course, as it doesn’t say but I strongly suspect that they don’t serve most of the world.
There’s a sucker born every minute.
Yours is about as eloquent an argument in favor of burying people as you’re likely to hear, Tom D.
So far, if you’re not an American Citizen, you have no way of getting a Cryonics deal. I wish I could, I would definitely go for it if it were available anywhere in Europe, but so far it isn’t. And that’s a shame.
When you’re buried, at least you enrich the topsoil and contribute to the cycle of life. When you pay for an insurance policy to have your head chopped off with a chainsaw, or your body flash-frozen, with no hope of ever getting put back together, you only enrich the “entrepreneurs” at Alcor.
Whatever floats your boat, I suppose.
But the people at Alcor make humble salaries and drive aging cars, despite having hundreds of patients already.
Why no hope? As long as the interneuronal connections are preserved, therein lies your intelligence and personality.
I’m signing up for cryonics through Rudi Hoffman right now and he is a great, nice, super-knowledgeable guy.
He makes the whole process so simple and easy.
There is absolutely no reason you shouldn’t be contacting him right now if you aren’t signed up for cryonics yet.
Rudi made the process so much easier for me – to the point where I seriously wonder why more people who voice an interest in cryonics don’t actually do it. It was an order of magnitude easier than, say, organizing a funeral…
In the end, got a great life policy to augment what I already had. I served myself AND my family by signing up through Rudi.
How do you enrich the topsoil when you’re buried in a metal casket, sometimes even in a concrete vault? You just enrich the casket with your liquified organs and various bacteria.
There are many blogs online but this one has helped me in my search
