Is Beneficial Artificial General Intelligence the same as Friendly Artificial Intelligence?

No… “beneficial AI” is an informal term, whereas “Friendly AI” tends to refer to a more specific body of ideas, though occasionally it is used as an informal term as well (usually with a lower case f).
