Strange and disappointing.
Oh man, this reminds me of my experience with Mark Modzelewski’s YouBeTheVC contest, featuring Google’s Marissa Mayer as one of the judges. Somehow I ended up in the top 20 with a poopy idea, which probably forecasted the (ultimately irrelevant) shit storm that was to ensue.
