David Gobel
Methuselah Foundation, Chief Executive Officer
David Gobel is Chief Executive Officer of the Methuselah Fund. He founded the original non-profit in 2000, which became the Methuselah Foundation in an effort to reverse or preempt the damage of aging and the unimaginable suffering it continues to inflict.
In addition, he founded Knowledge Adventure, one of the earliest and most successful educational multimedia software developers to date. He also founded Starbright Foundation's Starbright World designed to allow hospital bound children to be able to play in a rich virtual world and communicate with friends and family.
He is also a strategic advisor to Novamente LLC, an artificial intelligence company creating intelligent virtual agents for virtual worlds, computer games, and simulations. Most recently he developed the SuperCentenarian Research Foundation, focusing on those who are 110 years and older, to research why and how they live so long.
