James Clement J.D., LL.M. is an attorney and entrepreneur. He is the publisher of h+ magazine, a magazine that covers technological scientific, and cultural trends changing human beings. He also serves on the Alcor board of directors. Previously he held the position of C.O.O. of the Maximum Life Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to accelerate research into anti-aging and life-extension.

He is also a member of MENSA, holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses from the National Association of Securities Dealers, and is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist from the College of Financial Planning. He began his career in international business and real estate law, and worked for several years at Arthur Young & Company in New York City. He has been awarded degrees from Truman State University, the University of California Hastings College of the Law, and the New York University School of Law.
